Ein großes Highlight für uns waren aufjeden Fall das normale Butter Croissant, das Chocolatine oder die Anzahl der vielen verschiedenen Varianten der Baguettes auch aufgrund der hohen Qualität und des Geschmacks. Man konnte den Fachkräften beim Backen der Backwaren zusehen, da der Ofen direkt an der Theke lag. Alles war sehr gepflegt und schön angerichtet!Traduction
The pastries were always fresh and delicious! The service was very attentive and friendly. A big highlight for us was definitely the regular butter croissant, the chocolatine, and the many different types of baguettes, also due to their high quality and taste. You could watch the bakers baking the pastries, as the oven was right next to the counter. Everything was very well-maintained and beautifully presented!

Nous avons commandé 2 gâteaux d'anniversaire 1 fraisier et 1 noisetier. Les 2 étaient très bien décorés et vraiment délicieux. Un grand grand merci!

My little neighborhood bakery that I love a lot. I go there regularly, the pastries, breads, sandwiches etc. everything is good, quality, made with love and generosity. There has certainly been a slight increase in prices because of inflation (I have the impression but maybe I'm wrong) but this is completely normal when you know the rigor and difficulty of the work. The employees always serve with a smile

Une boulangerie avec de charmantes vendeuses souriantes, professionnelles très serviables, services rapide. Leurs sandwichs sont appréciés par des copains de Gap qui font un détour pour s'en délecter. Pour ma part continuer ainsi c'est un plaisir de pousser votre porte et d'être bien accueilli. Merci à vous toutes ainsi qu'aux boulangers, pâtissiers dans leur laboratoire respectif.

And contrary to what I saw in the reviews, the sandwiches are excellent and made with fresh and varied bread (I remember a roast beef sandwich with incredible poppy seed bread) which makes me think that the negative reviews are surely not entirely honest...
